  1. All prices shown on the website are in U.S. Dollars.
  2. The NPowerment Nursing program is intended to be accessed by a single user per purchase with the goal of completing their own nursing registration exam.
  3. When purchasing the NPowerment Nursing program, the course materials must be registered using your full legal name. The same name must match the name used when applying for the registration exam.
  4. The Study Success Maps textbook is a work along textbook that requires the user to complete the blanks by listening to the Web-Based Live Review or attending an In-Person Live Review or both.
  5. The Web-Based Live Review of the NPowerment Nursing program does not include an In-Person Live Review.
  6. The Web-Based Live Review does include 90 day online access to the NPowerment Nursing program.
  7. After 90 days, the Web-Based Live Review online access to the NPowerment Nursing program expires, but the subscription can be extended at a cost of $95.00 per month.
  8. Should a person purchasing the Web-Based Live Review also want to attend the In-Person Live Review, this can be extended at a cost of $300.00. Email info@NPowermentnursing.com for more information.
  9. The cost associated with attending more than once, the In-Person Live Review, is based on the NPowerment Nursing program’s discretion of need and available space.
  10. Attendance at an In-Person Live Review does include INSTANT 30 day online access to the NPowerment Nursing program.
  11. After 30 days, the In-Person Live Review’s 30 day online access to the Web-Based Live Review of the NPowerment Nursing program expires, but the subscription can be extended at a cost of $95.00 per month.
  12. In-Person Live Reviews are scheduled by the NPowerment Nursing program’s discretion of availability, space requirements and user demand.
  13. Certain products may become available for purchase exclusively through the website such as clothing and jewelry. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange at the discretion of the NPowerment Nursing Program.
  14. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased will meet your expectations or will be compensated.

  16. Prices for the NPowerment Nursing Program Success Package as well as certain products available for purchase exclusively through the website such as clothing and jewelry are subject to change without notice.

  18. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed, however we cannot be held accountable for circumstances beyond our control.
  19. Purchase of the NPowerment Nursing program, Web-Based Live Review or In-Person Live Review or both are non-refundable.
  20. NPowerment Nursing reserves the right to cancel any in-person live review. In the event that any in-person live review is cancelled, the purchaser will be switched to the web-based live review at no added shipping cost.
  21. Materials published by the NPowerment Nursing program cannot be reproduced, transmitted or shared in any form, including mechanical, electronic, photocopy, audio or visual recordings or live-streaming or by using any other method available.
  22. Material created online for the 90 day access to the Web-Based Live Review or for the 30 day online access for the In-Person Live Review by the NPowerment Nursing program, are not allowed to be reproduced, transmitted or shared in any form, including mechanical, electronic, photography, audio or visual recordings or live-streaming or by using any other method available.
  23. Videos created online for the 90 day access to the Web-Based Live Review or for the 30 day online access for the In-Person Live Review by the NPowerment Nursing program, are not allowed to be reproduced, transmitted or shared in any form, including mechanical, electronic, photography, audio or visual recordings or live-streaming or by using any other method available.
  24. All components included in the Web-Based Live Review and the In-Person Live Review of the NPowerment Nursing program are not for resale.
  25. All technical difficulties accessing the NPowerment Nursing website must be reported immediately by email to NPowerment Nursing to ensure full access to the 90 day Web-Based Live Review and access to the online 30 day In-Person Live Review. Email support@NPowermentnursing.com.
  26. The NPowerment Nursing Program was developed to assist Nursing Students and Nursing Graduates in the successful completion of the NCLEX-RN®, CPNRE®, REx-PN® and NCLEX-PN® registration examinations. All teaching materials, strategies, formats, sources, topics and data gathered are equally protected by Copyright.
  27. We may in the future, offer new services and or features through the website. Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  28. When purchasing the Web-Based Live Review, the Study Success Maps textbook and Cue Cards are obtained through mail delivery.
  29. When purchasing the In-Person Live Review, the Study Success Maps textbook and Cue Cards are obtained through mail delivery unless purchased 2-weeks prior to the In-Person Live Review date. Otherwise, the Study Success Maps Textbook and Cue Cards will be delivered on Day One of the In-Person Live Review. The In-Person Live Review’s 30 day online access to the Web-Based Live Review is activated day one of the review and will expire after 30 days.
  30. The purchaser or user cannot share, loan or sell their username or password from their Web-Based Live Review 90 day online access or their In-Person Live Review 30 day online access to the NPowerment Nursing program, to another person or another user.
  31. Copyright infringement is illegal and violates the professional conduct of The College of Nurses as well as all nursing regulatory bodies globally. All violations of this will be prosecuted.
